Men, How Spending Time Outdoors Could Give You Longer Lasting and Harder Erections!

For many men, the word impotence is a word that no one should speak of and one of the biggest punches to an ego is getting it on with a hot partner, being super turned on and waving around a flaccid sausage.

It’s frustrating to the guy, but at the same time, it is a pretty big downer for the partner who was expecting a decent poking. But once again mother nature is out to the rescue and with 15-30 min a day it can in many ways help you out.

So let’s get the most obvious out of the way, there are many factors that can determine why you (not necessarily you) have erection problems.

Ranging from stress, Heart disease, and narrowing of blood vessels, Diabetes, High blood pressure, High cholesterol, Obesity and metabolic syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple sclerosis, Hormonal disorders including thyroid conditions and testosterone deficiency (hypogonadism), a Structural or anatomical disorder of the penis, such as Peyronie disease, Smoking, alcoholism, and substance abuse, including cocaine use, Treatments for prostate disease, Surgical complications, Injuries in the pelvic area or spinal cord, Radiation therapy to the pelvic region.

I mean considering all the reasons why men might have problems getting it hard, it’s a miracle we actually do at times.

But this post isn’t about the miracle of having an erection, this post is about how simply going outdoors can help you out if you do sometimes feel a little gelatinous.

First of all, if you live with a lot of stress then going outdoors will really help alleviate it and calm your mind. It’s surprising how a weekend out in the wilderness can really ground you.

With the busy lifestyle that we have these days, we forget that for thousands of years our ancestors lived in the wilderness and like other animals, they built a somewhat connection with it. We are technically disconnecting from nature and that in itself is having so many implications within our lives.

Another thing is that when being outdoors you are more likely to get a very important vitamin from the sun.

That is correct, a vital vitamin to help out with erections is vitamin D and unlike many other vitamins, it is actually very difficult to get it from the foods we eat. Just like plants we absorb the vitamin D directly from the sun and use it within our body for many of the most important functions.

With people spending more and more time indoors there happens to be a huge deficiency for it. Especially now that winter is upon us you are more likely to find it affecting you now.

So if you are finding yourself in a situation where you get embarrassed flaunting around a semi, try simply standing out in the sun for 15-30 min a day.

If that is not possible then look at ingesting the few foods that do have vitamin D:

  • Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon.

  • Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals.

  • Beef Liver.

  • Cheese.

  • Egg yolks

  • Tofu

  • Mushrooms (hold them in the sun for 15-20 seconds to give them a vitamin D boost. No like seriously, it actually works)

Now, this could work for you, but don’t just rely on the sun to get you back into action, test out different things and sooner or later you might find out what the problem is.

Till then share and tag a mate that needs this in their life. Who knows, it will either embarrass them or give them the tool they require to go from a soft to a hard cone in no time.
